At Marina Souq, The Exclusive Market, all orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by our individual sellers. This allows you to receive your items straight from the source, while supporting the small businesses behind each product.

Shipping Fee
A flat-rate shipping fee of AED 25 applies to all orders, regardless of size or location within the UAE.

Delivery Timeframes
Shipping times may vary slightly depending on the individual seller and the product ordered. However, most orders are dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days.

Multiple Items
If you’ve ordered from more than one seller, your items may arrive in separate packages. Each item is shipped directly by the brand, so you can expect the same quality and care they offer to all their customers.
