Refund policy

At Marina Souq, The Exclusive Market, we’re committed to providing a premium shopping and selling experience for both our customers and our vendors.

Product Returns
If you’ve made a purchase through Marina Souq and need to return an item, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In their original packaging
• Complete with all original tags
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please email us at marinasouq@gmail.com before sending anything back. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and full instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
• Personal care or beauty products
• Custom or personalised items
• Items marked as final sale
• Gift cards

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your refund has been approved.

Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at marinasouq@gmail.com.

Vendor Cancellations
Confirmed vendor bookings are subject to a strict 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@marina-souq.com at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

Unfortunately, cancellations made within 7 days of the market date are non-refundable.

Marina Souq currently operates within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not offer international shipping or returns at this time.
